We offer publishing services including hybrid publishing, editing, design, printing, marketing, distribution, transcription, and audiobook production. The exact services you receive will be stated in your signed agreement with us.

3. Your Responsibilities as an Author

• You confirm that your manuscript is original and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
• You are responsible for getting permission to use any copyrighted material (photos, quotes, illustrations).
• You must provide accurate and honest information when submitting your manuscript and signing agreements.

4. Payments and Royalties

• Service fees must be agreed upon in writing before we begin work.
• Royalties from book sales will be paid as outlined in your publishing agreement.
• We support different payment methods including mobile money, bank transfers, and international transfers.

5. Distribution and Marketing

We will do our best to place and market your book. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by bookstores, media outlets, or specific sales numbers.

6. Confidentiality

All manuscripts and client materials are kept private. We will not share them without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver quality services, Royal Printhood Publishers is not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses (for example, loss of income due to book sales performance).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
